Ad Specialist

Now, we’re looking for a skilled and results-driven Ads Expert to join our team on a project basis to create high-impact lead generation campaigns for course enrollment.

This role is perfect for someone with a passion for creating impactful ad campaigns, optimizing performance, and delivering measurable results.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Campaign Development & Management: Design, implement, and manage ad campaigns across platforms specifically LinkedIn and Meta
• Performance Optimization: Monitor campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and apply data-driven strategies to achieve and exceed KPIs.
• Creative Collaboration: Work with our team to develop compelling ad creatives and copy tailored to target audiences.
• Audience Building: Craft custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting strategies for maximum ROI.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

• At least 1 year of experience managing ad campaigns with demonstrable results.
• Proficiency in ad platforms and analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of ad strategies for different platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and project needs.

𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬

• Basic understanding of SEO integration in ad strategies.
• Experience working with coaches is preferred.
• Ability to provide actionable insights and strategies from analytics.
