Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Content Creator/Manager to join our team as a virtual assistant. Your role will be to manage and grow our online presence across various social media platforms, creating engaging and professional content that reflects our brand and industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation – Develop high-quality, engaging, and informative posts (graphics, videos, reels, carousels) for social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Social Media Management – Schedule and post content, monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow our online presence.
Brand Awareness & Marketing – Work on campaigns to promote our training courses, special offers, and industry insights.
Research & Adaptation – Understand UK healthcare and first aid training to create accurate and relevant content. Willingness to learn about the UK’s healthcare landscape is essential.
Analytics & Reporting – Track performance metrics, analyse engagement trends, and suggest improvements for social media strategy.
Key Requirements:
✔ Fluent English – Exceptional written and spoken English with excellent grammar.
✔ Content Creation Experience – Proven experience in creating engaging content for busy organisations.
✔ Social Media Expertise – Skilled in managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
✔ Graphic Design & Video Editing – Experience with Canva, Adobe, CapCut, or similar tools is a plus.
✔ Healthcare/First Aid Knowledge (Desirable) – A background in UK healthcare/first aid is preferred or willingness to learn is required.
✔ Self-Motivated & Organised – Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and stay proactive.
