Optimum CV LLC, operating as Health Monitor 1, is a telehealth company dedicated to heart health monitoring. Our team of board-certified Advanced Cardiologist and Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) provides daily monitoring of patients’ heart-related vitals to detect potential risks early. We aim to empower patients with updates and insights to confidently manage their heart health.
We are seeking a proactive and goal-driven Virtual Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our referral base. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for driving growth in the healthcare industry.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to healthcare providers, facilities, and organizations to secure referrals for our telehealth services.
- Educate potential referral sources on the benefits of our heart health monitoring services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), and other healthcare providers.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts or other channels.
- Schedule meetings between potential clients and our team to further discuss service offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the company’s CRM system.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in healthcare or telehealth services.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable using communication tools such as RingCentral, Zoom, or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of telehealth services and an interest in healthcare.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace for making calls.

Pay Rate: $5 per hour + Commission (direct client, no agency involvement). Salary will base on experience.
