Since October 2021, I have been working as an Operations Manager specializing in hotel accommodation services that caters around the globe particularly NorAm, Europe and Middle East. I lead a team of 70-100 representatives at our Manila site, ensuring efficient operations while upholding exceptional service standards.
In this role, I take a strategic approach to managing daily workflows, optimizing resources, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
My key responsibilities include managing engagement budgets, coordinating with various departments, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency. I focus on equipping my leaders with performance coaching skills, supporting the career development of our representatives, and, most importantly, building strong relationships and collaborating with our clients to drive continuous process improvements.
A significant part of my role is cultivating and maintaining strong partnerships with stakeholders, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring adherence to industry standards. Through effective leadership, I have contributed to the Manila site’s strong reputation for operational excellence, employee engagement, and delivering high-quality service.
