Hello, I’m Sean, a dedicated BSIT student at the Technological Institute of the Philippines in Quezon City. I’m eager to build a career as a part-time Virtual Assistant and am actively seeking opportunities to get started. Although I’m new to the VA industry, I bring valuable experience from my previous role as a Customer Service Representative at Quantrics Enterprises, Taytay branch, where I worked for a year. During this time, I developed essential skills in verbal and nonverbal communication, customer assistance, email management, account security, conflict resolution, data entry, and problem-solving.
