Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Assistant to support our team on a part-time basis. As a Data Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various data-related tasks and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our datasets.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in data collection, entry, and verification.
• Clean and organize data to ensure its quality and integrity.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and rectify data discrepancies.
• Help maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other data repositories.
• Perform data validation and cross-referencing to ensure accuracy.
• Generate reports and summaries based on the collected data.
• Communicate effectively with team members to provide progress updates.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in using spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and management.
• Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with team members.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience in data entry, data management, or a related field is a plus.

Working Hours and Compensation:

• This is a part-time position requiring 10-15 hours of work per week.
• Compensation is up to $8 per hour.
• Payment will be made on a monthly basis.

Duration: The position is temporary and expected to last 1-4 weeks, depending on project requirements. There is a possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.
